This policy sets out Intraguard Limited approach to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults. It applies to all aspects of the security services we provide and to everyone working for Intraguard Limited, including permanent and temporary employees.

We ensure that everyone who works for us understands their safeguarding responsibilities and keeps their knowledge up to date.

All staff must complete safeguarding training at the start of the employment. Refresher training will be provided to the staff as per the assignment and the responsibility of the staff.

 

Intraguard Limited recruitment and selection process is subject of competing the vetting as per BS7858:2019 and subject to have DBS checks.

We ensure we have effective procedures for keeping children and vulnerable adults safe from abuse and exploitation on the places where we provide security services.

Everyone working for Intraguard Limited must inform their manager if they become the subject of an allegation of abuse against a child or vulnerable adult or a police enquiry, irrespective of the nature of that enquiry.

Any allegations of misconduct towards children and/or vulnerable adults by those working for Intraguard Limited will be investigated and if required police will be informed.

Failure to adhere the Safeguarding policy could result in termination of the employment.

Everyone working for Intraguard Limited has a responsibility to familiarise themselves with this safeguarding policy.
