When a connected system alert is received by Intraguard’s dedicated monitoring centre in Stanmore, it is handled under the instructions agreed for your site. Where officer attendance is required, an SIA licensed and BS 7858 vetted officer is dispatched to the premises.
On arrival, the officer follows the agreed access instructions, checks the nominated areas, records relevant findings and contacts the nominated person where required. Any further action is based on the escalation process agreed before the service begins.
